Sex has become so scandalous, you’d think it’d make holy water sizzle. Because of that, women are religiously conditioned to be pure and chaste. But what happens when your chastity is taken by force? When your body is sexualized against you?
This is what people want you to believe:
- Outside marriage, sex is forbidden and severely punished
- During marriage, sex is automatically consensual between a husband and wife.
- If you are sexually assaulted, you didn’t try hard enough to stop it.
But this is what I want you to believe:
- Sex or self-pleasuring is not dirty, but an exploration of your identity.
- You are not a consolation prize in marriage or a plaything for sexual desires.
- It’s not your fault nor did you ask to be assaulted.

I’m the founder of Celebrate You, a certified power and spiritual coach, author, and speaker. My purpose is to help women break free from societal conditioning and patriarchy, reclaiming their innate connection to pleasure, joy, and divine ecstasy through energy healing. I’m also certifying with The School of Womanly Arts as a pleasure coach.
When my body was sexualized by a family member I knew, it altered my view of pleasure. I couldn’t connect with my sexuality because it felt like it was no longer mine. But there comes a time when your body needs to heal and experience pleasure. And that’s okay. That is your human right.
I was brought on this earth to guide the women who feel they can never be loved because of their trauma, by themselves or others. You are worthy of love. You are not alone.

Heart to Heart Pleasure Coaching
A one-on-one coaching program spanning 6 months, where we will meet weekly for 60-minute pleasure coaching sessions. Perfect for those beginning their recovery or finding therapy difficult.
Pleasure Group Coaching Program
This is a weekly program for women that will last 90 minutes per session. Pleasure Coaching empowers you to reclaim your sexuality, live unapologetically, and release the shackles of sexual trauma. It is a catalyst for change, balancing your energy centers and allowing you to live life on your terms.
