When your body goes through a traumatizing moment, that trauma becomes a blockage in your energy, particularly in your sacral area. An unresolved blockage leads to depression and anxiety. You also becomes more prone to fight-or-flight responses.

I was living a life full of mistrust, doubt, unworthiness, self-betrayal, and an inability to set myself free from my past that had haunted me day in and day out. This past June of 2022, I found myself as a VIP Energy Healing Conference ticket holder and I was bound and determined to hit every single speaker I could, Kaelen Marie being one of them. Her topic was Pleasure Group Coaching: Releasing Sexual Trauma. I wasn’t prepared for the journey that I was about to embark on after listening to her speak. My desire to learn from her was instant, but my years of learned self-doubt shut me down and I ignored the call to join her Pleasure Group Coaching right away. I didn’t feel worthy to feel better, to feel whole. However, by the grace of the universe, all the stars aligned and I found myself right where I needed to be at the right moment to join the start of Pleasure Group Coaching in July, and my life has been forever changed.
During the 12 weeks of Pleasure Group Coaching, I experienced some of the most profound mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual shifts of my life! For the first time in my life, when I spoke about My Story, I FINALLY felt Seen and Heard by those I shared it with. They understood me on an equal level because they knew and related to me in their own way, as did I with them. Because of the safety, security, and most importantly the sacredness between all of us within our circle, I was able to dive into my internal raw depths that I needed to heal myself in a way I’ve never been able to before. At the June Conference, Kaelen had a door for those who wished to write on it that asked, “What was holding us back?” I wrote, “Unworthy and My silence for 32 years.” Through this Pleasure Group Coaching and the deep connections and friendships I’ve made with my sacred sisters, I was able to fight the internal demons that have held me down and kept me silent, and I have found my voice. I have spoken my truth out loud to those who needed to know it AND hear it. Through speaking my truth, I have set myself FREE!! The sins that I had endured and carried for 32 years were NEVER mine to carry and I am finally standing in my full light in this world. Free of all the pain, all the lies, all the shame, all the unworthiness, all the darkness, all the guilt, and all the silence that I carried for far too long.
Looking towards my future, I say with my head held high that I have survived 100% of every horrifying experience that has happened to me!
